8. In this case the damages caused by the accident are damage of goods and the damage of the truck. The goods belonged to Ethicon, Inc and in order to compensate the loss Ethicon may sue UPS Supply chain solutions and they need to cover up for the loss that Ethicon incurred because of the accident. UPS simultaneously may sue International Management Services for the loss they made by paying Ethicon because they provided the drivers. Test damage done to the truck will covered by the insurance coverage it possess.
