Can anybody tell me if I am correct with these answers? Thanks in advance!

Indicate if the following are most related to the electrical signal or cardiac muscle contraction. Fill in the blank with electrical (E) or contraction (C).
1. Actin and myosin (C)
2. Inotropic effect (E)
3. Depolarization (E)
4. QRS complex (E)
5. Stroke volume (E)
6. T-wave (E)
7. Repolarization (E)
8. Systole (E)
9. Sliding filaments (C)
10. Starling’s law of the heart (C)
11. Pacemaker (E)
12. Diastole (C)
13. Dysrhythmia (C)
14. Bundle of His (E)
15. Sarcomere (E)
16. Ectopic focus (E)
17. Electrocardiogram (E)
18. Purkinje fibers (E)

Explanation / Answer

1. Actin and myosin (C)
2. Inotropic effect (E)
3. Depolarization (E)
4. QRS complex (E)
5. Stroke volume (E)
6. T-wave (E)
7. Repolarization (E)
8. Systole (E and C)
9. Sliding filaments (C)
10. Starling’s law of the heart (C)
11. Pacemaker (E)
12. Diastole (E and C)
13. Dysrhythmia (C and E)
14. Bundle of His (E)
15. Sarcomere (C)
16. Ectopic focus (E)
17. Electrocardiogram (E)
18. Purkinje fibers (E)

Most of the responses are correct except systole, diastole adn dysrhythmias. The systole and diastole are contraction of atria and relaxation of ventricles that stimulate action potential which is an electric response to enable heart beating. Dysrhythmias also defect in contraction that affects action potential.
