--> Elbow Joint
Shoulder Joint muscle enforces opposite movements. Long head pulls away the arm from the abduction whereas short head pulls in back the arm( adduction). When these both the heads contract it leads to arm bend. That condition is known as Flexion.
Biceps tendon tear mostly occurs at the elbow when it is forced against the resistance. When the tendon cannot resist the sudden weight that had been carried it leads to tendon tear condition.
