Question
Write a comment for the paragraph.
The most significant problem regarding the sale of an organ is illegally trafficking individuals by convincing or coercing one’s that do not have any idea about illegal trafficking or one’s that are vulnerable. Illegal traffickers tend to take advantage of people that live in poverty and since they live in poverty, they tend to fall for the scam offered to make ends meet. Aside from illegal trafficking being a significant problem, I think this is a problem because not only that traffickers tend to falsely convinced individuals, donor recipients may incur other health issues once transplants take place and donors that illegally sell their organs may also incur health issues. While this is an on-going issue especially in other countries, I personally think that the higher authorities would have to power to solve such issue. Legislatures should work closely with the criminal justice system to find solutions to ban and prohibit organ sales especially illegally and the reason being it not being solved at this point is because individuals especially the wealthy are able to afford such expensive process and because society determines that selling of an organ resolves the shortage issue and is a significant impact on saving another’s life. The benefits and costs related to my solutions is that when the proper law is set in place by the legislature, both the recipient and organ seller will be properly compensated such as the recipient will have another chance in life and the donor being compensated with what the organ is worth.
Explanation / Answer
Actually this prossess should start from the awareness point of view. People should come to know what is legal and illegal , because in most of the cases the donor is motivated and is made to do this crime. Camps shoukd be help for such serious matters. Government should so for free scanning of public inorder to detect such cases . And organ donation and organ transplant should have passed by higher authorities . And even if someone claims to have a donor already , a complete investigation should be done by personally asking the donor about the donation. And complete medical checkup of donor and receipnt should be done just to be on safe side. Risking neither the life of donor nor the life of recepient. And further a complete seperate authorised group of medical proffessionals should be dedicated to this job particularly , so that no delay and death cases come infront .
