Information literacy has expanded along with the expansion of technology in the century we live in. Now with smart phones and different products used have the feature to be able to speak your search of interest without even touching your device . Technology now and days enhances everything in our lives. Setting limits and gathering information all at once by assigning settings for "advance searches " , opening more than one site at a time and things of that sort to speed up your research time process , along with obtain specific detailed information.

Information literacy is a crucial skill in the pursuit of knowledge. It involves recognizing when information is needed and being able to efficiently locate, accurately evaluate, effectively use, and clearly communicate information in various formats. It refers to the ability to navigate the rapidly growing information environment, which encompasses an increasing number of information suppliers as well as the amount supplied, and includes bodies of professional literature, popular media, libraries, the Internet, and much more.
Mobile phones and cellular devices have used Artificial Intelligence (AI) mechanism to gether/collect stats about our day to day use items and shopping trends and thus can suggest us with multiple items and recommendations from our daily lifestyles. Also, it has the ability to collect information and search patterns from our daily web surfing that displays the most recommended searches to us in fraction of seconds. The devices have advanced micro-programmed chips enabling them to perform tasks in parallel and sppedup execution.
