Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a disease of the central nervous system that damages the flow of information within the brain and also between the body and brain. Although the true cause of MS has been not yet discovered but researchers consider it to be genetically transmitted. Most people with MS are diagnosed between the ages of 20 to 50. This disease is seen mostly in women than men. The most common signs of MS are-
1) pains and spasms
2)sexual dysfunction
3) weakness
4) vision problems
5) dizziness etc
Multiple Sclerosis is a disease that also causes demyelination of our spinal cord and brain nerve cells.
Prevention- The ways to prevent this disease has not yet been discovered. But all we can do is to exercise regularly, sleep well, eating healthy food etc. Ill suggest my friend to follow this easy simple ways and see a good doctor so that his disease is under control and he never faces any difficulty in leading a happy life!
