Type 1 diabetes:l

a)she'll certainly have to take insulin as it is insulin -dependent where pacreas produces little or no insulin . insulin is a hormone needed to allow sugar to enter cells to produce.

b)With good self-care, she can prevent the complications,limited the disability ,but can not fix the core problem causing her disease

c)With poor self-care, she is at higher risk than a non-diabetic as healthy eating,being physically active,monitoring of blood sugar with good glycemic control reducts the

d)With good self-care, she can reduce by how much her disease increases her risk of heart attack, stroke, amputation, blindness, and kidney failure as healthy eating,being physically active,monitoring of blood sugar with good glycemic control reduces the risk of complications.

e) NO ther won't be any difference as she is insulin injections.

Type 2:

A- no need to take insulin injections it can be controled by oral medication and change in life style.   

B-    With good self-care, she can lessen or perhaps even fix the core problem causing her disease.

C-With poor self-care, she is at higher risk than a non-diabetic

D-With good self-care like eating well,exercise and maintaing healthy weight she can able to manage the condtion.

E-It’s worse for her to eat one big meal a day than six small ones, if the actual food consumed is the same as long gap between meals reduces the blood sugar levels ( hypoglycemia) results in increase the risk of complications.
