Human Nature and Ethical Theory To what extent do you believe that as a nation and a people we should take care of the less fortunate and "needy" members of society? How should we accomplish this? Through private donations, private support, or a combination of the two? If private donations are not sufficient, should we, through taxation, ensure that these people are cared for? Why or why not? Is it human nature to have a "me first" mentality when addressing these issues? Does it matter if the issue is abstract or concrete (meaning do people oppose high taxes that would pay for "safety net" programs but still donate to people they see who are in need)?

Generosity and kinds of people is remarkable contribute in welfare of nation.A democratic citizens should always have responsibility to devoted himself for needy and less fortunate people. A Philanthropic view , when poor people are suffered in major problem like disease, lack of food ,shelter , education , financial crises etc then nation and people as a member of society should come forward and to extend their helping hand .a nations never grow up wuth out caring of poor people .its legitimate duty of a nation to fulfilled basic needs of poor people .so a nation akwys should prepared to needy and less fortunate people in adverse condition.

Every citizen deserve to lead a Quality and standard lives .in India , 23.5% people live in below poverty line as per the world bank figure .people are struggling to fulfill their basic needs like food, water , clothing, shelter. So Goverment should focus in equipping them with all necessary tools.like health care, security , professional skill.Besides private organisation donation and private support , both combination play key role to accomplish their goal.various NGO helps needy people to uplift their condition through socially and economically support.

Yes, tax system can be powerful tools which helps to cared these people .it reduce inequality and poverty.

A strong and fare tax policy can helps to collect tax from rich people and make contribute and care in welfare of the poor people of nation.
