1) The organs should not not have been donated under restrictions. This is because organ donation is a noble charity and it should be donated without any restrictions. It should save the life of the people with utmost priority and should not show any favoritism towards any caste or creed. Even if the family puts a restriction that the organ should go to the children first, should also not be acceptable. Organ donation should be done without any discrimination or favoritism. It should be done on first come first serve basis. As every individual has got equal rights to survive and live.

2) The condition which Simon's family placed is a clear case of Racial Discrimination. People show favoritism towards a particular race and is indifferent towards the other. This leads to unrest amongst the society. Saving somebody's life is a noble charitable task and should be done without any prejudices and discrimination. Being human should be the utmost priority and not any colour, caste,creed, age or gender.

3) According to principle of justice, it is justifiable to put conditions for any gift.But morally and ethically it is not acceptable to put any restrictions and conditions for organ donation. Being human, every individual has got equal rights to survive and live. Thus people should not put any conditions for organ donation.
