Question
When I enter a number in 2 decimal, the symbol $ cannot be added or autosum.
Excel refuses to do the calculation, no message come out.
I re-load again still have the same problem.
If I enter a number in 3 decimal, the symbol $ can be added and can be autosum
or if enter comma sign can be work, but number show comma (,) instead fullstop (.)
when I save the file to another computer, the file number show fullstop(.).
I being my pc to acer to check and comfirm not the pc problem.
It will be the Microsoft program problem.
Why is this as I have never come across this problem before?
Please advise urgently.

Hi, check your computer settings, click on top of where you have your date and time, left bottom corner of your screen, click on change date and time settings, click on change date and times, click on change calendar settings, number, there is where you set up the decimal point, numbers of decimals etc.
