Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a laptop that I purchased from your online store and the poor customer service I received afterwards.

Two days back, I purchased an xxx company laptop from you online store after I saw the advertisement about the product in newspaper advertisement and your company selling it at the reasonable discount. As soon as I opened the laptop and started my business presentation, there is no sound coming from its speakers. I called the customer service, but I was told by the salesperson that there is nothing that she could do about it as she is not responsible for any problems that may arise after taking the product home. Since this purchase had cost me a small fortune, I have been inordinately stressed about the situation.

My intention in writing this letter is to request you to replace this defective laptop of mine with a new one as I have a three-year warranty on this. Further, I expect you to issue a show cause notice to your salesperson about her coarse demeanor towards me.

I anticipate prompt remedial action.
