Hi Name of the retailer,

This is with reference to the shipment that was ordered online on 28/82018, with shipment Number AWB12345 . It since notify you that the shipment has arrived successfully but there is a quality issue because we observe that around 12 percent of the products do not follow the specifications defined by us and hence our business is affected to quite some extent.

I believe that we deserve a compensation, although we have incurred a fair bit of loss, we will just claim the amount regarding the retus and therefore will be satisfied.
