Excel error: Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (Class not registered)

I had this problem since I installed and uninstalled Visual Studio 2013. When I open Excel, this windows pop up and I have to press OK 18 times to get rid of it

Then when I close Excel, the above windows pop up again. This time, I only have to press OK once, but then another windows come up

Is it because I installed and uninstalled Visual studio 2013 ? I realized all of the Office apps get problem ever since I installed Visual Studio. Help me with it !
