1) Threat is the danger which is posed onto something , it could be a person object or any entity which is likely to pose some danger whereas threat agent is facilitator for threat to workon. For eg the most simple example is fire, where fire is threat , and its set up by short circuit then this threat agent and apartment which catches fire is the attack.
2) Vulnerability is he state of where an entity or an object can be potentially affected by a force or another object, could be a fault in a system which may lead to destruction or unlocked door (house is at potentail risk of being robbed).Whereas exposure is state in which entity is already affected by some force.
