The new hotel manager is trying to update the property and bring in a younger, hipper crowd. He told the bar manager to "Get rid of the grandma". ?Situation #4: To save money, a bar/ restaurant manager let's the doorman go on slow nights when the kitchen stops serving. Manager should have kept the medical condition of an employee confidential. Employee , manager and the other workers are the stakeholders. It is against moral principles to spread a confidential information. Consequences would be that the employee who has a medical condition will resign out of embarrassment.

this situation is ethical as know one is harmed by the decision of generating charity from the hotel guest list. It is against moral principles of showing respect to elders.The consequences would be is resigning from the hotel because of disrespectful attitude of a manager towards her.
Situation 4
Manager most important responsibility is security of their employees. And the manager should arrange meal for doorman instead of allowing him to go for a slow night. the stakeholder are the manager and doorman.It is against moral resposibility to talking responsibility of employee. The consequences could be severe if there is theft in the restaurant during absence of doorman.
