Strategic Intervention Restructuring is a process wherein the entire organization is restructured with the help of strategies that might suit the entire organization. In reorganization the organization structure is revisited and the redesigned to meet the needs of the organization. In the early days many organizations followed the matrix organizational structure which was later replaced by hierarchial organizational structure. This change management required a strategic approach.
In a strategic approach all the employees are involved. Their cooperation was given importance and all the employees are made to synergize. Employees cooperation and attitude are very important when an organization restructuring takes place. These will help the senior management to tackle key employee issues. This will facilitate the reorganization to be successfull.
