Explanation / Answer

1. RFP stands for request for proposal. It is a document that is made by a company that is interested in buying a particular comodity, product or service. It is sent to the potential suppliers asking for their bussiness proposals.A RCF is required where a company requires a proper technical and specialised details about a product or service. The company send the RFC to many suppliers and then the final decision is made by comparing the proposals for all the supplier companies.

When a Supplier company recieves a RFP, then the most important thing to kept in maind by the supplier company is the fromat in which the customer requires the proposal to be sent. The supplier company needs to gain the confidence of the customer company and by abiding by the format sent by the customer company the supplier company gives a message that it respects the rules and requirements of the customer company and it will abide by all the requirements specified in the RFP dcument.

2. A network map is a tool that shows the connectivity of the various computers in a network. It shows the path of how the computers are connected throughout the network to the internet. We can check for the internet connectivity through the network map. If the internet is not working then the network map shows the connectivity of the computer to the local device that recieves the internet signal. one ca run network diagonists if there is some problem with the network connectivity. A network map must have the following components:

3.Broadcasting means when the traffic is sent to all the nodes in a network. The broadcast traffic is sent to the braodcast domain using MAC adresses. within the broadcast domain every device recognises the broadcast address and send the broadcast traffic to other device sif required.

Excessive broadcasting occurs when messages are boardcast in a network and each recieving nod eresponds by broadcasting its own messages. The problems that occur because of message braodcast is:

4. The hierarchical model breaks down the large network design into smaller more manageable parts. ecah tier has address different sets of hardware and software components which helps the network designer to divide the different roles among the three tiers. In the hierarchical model the network devices are divided among the following three layers:
