Assigned Project: Human Resource Plan

PESTLE Analysis -

1.     Political Analysis– Government recommended to follow the factory acts as per the Sudan Government and the organization should meet all the professional & corporation guidelines & recommendations. Government wish to meet the employment in the region as per commitment

2.     Economic Analysis – Organizational high investments for the project could led into the cash flow issues. The time line for the project to be profit looks a long duration. So fund availability requires careful planning.

3.     Socail Analysis – The social impact to be review as the organization should have adverse impacts on the community due to pollutions and hazardous waste management.

4.     Technology Analysis – The technical know-how is competitive among the people. Could be a good set of resources for the organization.

5.     Legal Analysis – The government legal rules are very strong, with high penalties. Organization to be careful in meeting the legal requirements.

6.     Environmental Analysis – The environmental conditions are suiting the business i.e. water and electricity are available for the business. Some scarcity needs to manage.
