Dorothy is excellent with the children, but she is always complaining to the director about the other employees. Whenever you confront the other employees, they seem to not know what you are talking about and no one else on staff seems to agree with Dorothy's assessment of the situation. The rest of the staff is getting sick and tired of having to defend themselves against accusations from someone who seems to believe that the only way to look good is to make everyone else look bad. They are becoming increasingly hostile toward Dorothy. What would be the best course of action with Dorothy? Discuss the problem and suggest some solutions or a course of action.

Dorothy being excellent with children at home doesn't possesses same attitude at work place.
