The core components of internal analysis are
1. An organisation resources and capabilities :- These are the assets which are required for the organistion for the activities and processes.and the capabilities are the industry specific skills of the organisation. some compitencies of organisation are unique and they will excell in their core competencies and responsible for thier competitive advantage.
2. Configuration and co-ordination of an organisation is associated with the places of activities of an organisation and the coordination is associated with that activities.
3.Organisational Structure :- it will be defined in a way that organisation must meet itsobjective effectively and efficiently .
4. Performance of organisation:- It is analysed using portfolio analysis that which gives range of the organisation preformance.
