The business model for a business opportunity of interest to me is to provide technical consultancy of in field of Plant layout design, equipment selection and design & turnkey project design in field of Mechanical Engineering. The services offered would from concept to commissioning, providing general arrangement drawings, detail drawings, process flow diagrams , piping and instrumentation diagrams, selection of machinery , utilities and overall auxiliary machinery, material handling equipment , safety devices etc. The project management consultancy would also be provided to over see the project implementation as per standards and engineering practices. The facilities required are office space, computers for design section, engineering software for drafting & designs with internet facilities , plotter , quality measuring instruments , surveying instruments , record room for soft and hard copies. The team would comprise of designers for piping, machine, design and draughtsman, quality engineers, civil, electrical and mechanical engineers. The target market would be chemical industries going for green field and brown field projects .The end to end solutions would be provided from concept to commissioning and process stabilisation after trial runs along with energy and process standardisation and management .
