Keeping in mind that we are going to address the features for a school. The server must be a good one as many students are going to do activity on the website. So, it must be capable of getting things done with the help of the
client/server relations.Using Client Server system would be appropriate.

Hence, as the cost is a bit high but for schools like this there must be security over cost. As, managing the data and other resources of the school cannot be compromised with cost.

Hence, this is why I recommend totally to use cloud services for backup and disaster management as it will make the most of it.
