The investigation of good facts. It is a branch of theory. It makes essential inquiries about the great life, about what is better and more regrettable, about whether there is any target good and bad, and how we know it if there is.

according to my work ethical theory is that never cheat your customers. Never make them fool or try to cheat them, fake them. Try to solve the problem of every customer and try to work as truthful as you can.

Recently in my workplace, i came up with an incident in which he has made an e-commerce website with our company and after the website is been completed there were certain things which were not implemented correctly and he asked us to do it right. But the employee who was handling the project just refuses and said that we have handover you the project and now the deal is close we won't do any work on this website now and if you want us to do work on this website we will charge you more now.

So due to which I think the client fell cheated and my work ethics does not allow me to do it to anybody it is not good for the reputation of the company and also for the individual.

But the employee theory of the work ethics is different he said that my work ethic is that I just want to make more and more profit for the company that's it. I think he is also right in his way. so I think the person to person your work ethics changes.
