Total Quality Management (TQM)
Total quality management can be defined as a process of development, maintenance and deployment of the organisational system which are usually required in all the business processes. It can be further described as a cultural bond between different departments of an organisation for improving the overall quality. It is basically based on the idea of maintaining existing quality standards with continuous efforts in making incremental quality improvements.
I work at an FM station culture of our station is very good in terms of adopting new changes and maintain quality.
Multiple aspects of the application of cultural diversity in organisation structure and provision of different aspect of training programs as well as different training videos increase the level of Total Quality Management inside your organisation. My application of different strategies regarding the same quality management our FM station is creating an identity in the market. From the top authority flow of information as well as content in the radio station goes through various quality management checks and application of Six Sigma as well as other techniques which ensure that the content ad from the same source is qualitative.
By having in analysis over each and every segment of the organisation and providing information as well as report of the same terms by maintaining an identity between two different aspects of same program, station is directly increasing the level of quality in terms of creating ethical issues for the society. Main motive of our FM station is to be logical and ethical with no negative content on air. Number of available Quality Management Services were also hired as well as a specific post for the quality manager was also produced by the FM station to maintain a high quality content.
As the market is going up a workstation is also creating different statistical implementations towards the content that is being aired by the fm station. Having a continuous effort in managing the quality of different services as well as employee satisfaction is inside the organisation our company is definitely increasing the overall process of Total Qual ity Management and and using this is specific time in its structure.
Companies recruitment structure can be improved as most of the structure does not applying the total quality management procedure and also is very scattered. Application of the total quality management in the recruitment process of our FM station would be greatly helpful for creating a more efficient working environment.
