Explanation / Answer

My personal values act as a basis for distinguishing between right and wrong and thus, determine my daily actions and emotions. My parents and education have played profound roles in the development of my core personal values: personal integrity, excellence, responsibility, family and career. Being a strong believer of karma, i feel integrity plays a major role in every one's life. I strongly believe, one's actions, be it good or bad, they will come back to you in similar form. Do good, and you find good coming back to you. If you intend to do bad, it comes back to you in the form of bad karma.

In my personal life, my mom is my biggest inspiration. She taught me how to be compassionate towards people who hate you. Give them as much love as you can, and one day you'll see them love you back is her philosophy. I try to make sure i do not hate people come what may. Every body will have certain circumstances, and you never know the situation they are going through. Hence, never judge a person by his or her looks and try to show as much compassion as possible.

My professional rules are - i will never lose my integrity and values come what may. I shall help people in tough situations, and whenever they need me, even if it is the person who dislikes me or who thinks me as his enemy. I shall never hinder from any of my responsibilities.

I shall develop my ethics by talking to people who has similar values are aligned to my values. i shall read good books are expand my understanding and try to spread good words and positivity to the people around me.
