Question

Can anyone help me with this command? I am fairly new to it,and I am not sure how I would go about with this question.

Does anyone know the command that will show how manytables exist in the directory?

Is it something dealing with the SHOW command? If so, can someoneplease explain it to me and how I would find out how many tablesexist?

Thanks.
