The easiest to be found were African-American and Muslims were the difficult to find. It seems that because a specific belief is against the LGBTQ concepts, the acceptance within that community is less and a lots of resistance exists. A moderate society upbringings its population with a acceptable tolerance and acceptability/adoptability levels whereas a conservative society, up brings along with the traditions and does not preach adoptability or tolerance towards other forms of practice and are susceptible when questioned on that. By culture was a Moderate one, allowing and accepting differences and similarities alike and thus i do not have resistance against LGBTQ and can also accommodate them into my community and culture accepting them for what they are. The challenges Manager face, in these Global competitive world, with multi-cultural people is to make people adopt to each other and accept them for what they are. It also brings them opportunity to have their people experience the different forms of culture that exists simultaneously in this world and which cannot be hidden anymore and with some much support coming for this community, then could use this for their organizational well being as well.
