How has a unique and strong organizational structure contributed to the success of Southwest? How would you introduce such a culture in another organization?

Explanation / Answer

Southwest airlines dedication to their service provided is the main factor that contributed to it's success. It puts customer satisfaction as top priority and will respond immediately to any complaint. They also make sure that it is rectified immediately. Their maintenance is also commendable and the customers are satisfied at the end of the journey. This gives an advantage over other competitors . Also the company treats it's employees well and provides them with all the benefits that are to be provided. . Hence the airlines became extremely successful.

This concept has to be included in every business and needs to be followed. Every organisation needs to be a good employer and has to provide it's employees with all the facilities. An organisation which makes customer satisfaction as their main motive , the organisation will definately be a success.
