Collective bargaining- The representation from the Union would meet the employer to bargain and facilitate the dispensing Dr. Pepper ,a soft drink in break rooms.

Protest or strike- The workers affiliated to Union may strike or raise protest against management practices towards employees’ welfare & satisfaction.

2. Illegal action options:

Slow down –The slowdown in the factory outputs deliberately.

Tool down- By not attending or supporting production activities and putting everything to halt

Barring entry of management and pro-management workers to work place by barricading.
