1. Identify and describe a current performance issue in your organization.
2. Create a needs assessment plan that describes the specific assessment process and methods you will use to collect necessary needs assessment data. Your needs assessment plan should include organizational analysis, task/job analysis, and person/learner analysis. In each level describe the methods and sources from which you will gather needs assessment data. Offer justification for why you think those sources and methods are ideal for a needs assessment in your organization. (From your plan, anyone should be able to conduct a needs analysis in your organization around the performance issue you have described).

1.I identified current performance issue in my organization there are many departments who had their own work.I had identified that there was a lot of problem facing in teams.Team must work hard to achieve their goals but i noticed that there were a conflicts among the co-team members and they are working for their own goal.If this continous there will be loss to our organization.So,that i had informed to my ceo and said that to take some measures before the team fluctuates.This was common problem can be observed in any organization.
2.Assessment can be defined as gathering the each and every information about the organization to make any kind of critical decisions.This assessment is done by the several methods by surveys,interviews,focusing on groups.To create a plan it needs the employees performance,status of the works etc.
First step-Gap analysis consists of an organizational analysis,task analysis,person analysis.As our company needs the anlysis on the employee performance,trainning according the firm objective.In this analysis should also examine the organizational goals,climate and other constraints.To do such analysis possible data must be collected to make any decisions.
Second step-As the data will be collected from many resource and methods.Among them most of the dat is collected from the survey because survey gives the accurate values.After the data collection all the flaws about the organization is made found.
Third step-In this step we should identify that wheather the employees are doing their job well,does they know what to do in their job.If not any kind of trainning must be provided for them according to their work.This job analysis data also collected from the survey by the data entered in systems.Person analysis is done that hired person was fit for the job or should be replaced another person,does he had the skills to develop the organization.Person analysis will be carried ou by interviewing.Interview is the best method to access the person.
Fourth step-By collecting all the data and identified flaws some of the training must be provided for the employees because some of the employees were lack in the skills.Every day new softwares comes to existance by this old people cannot have glance on it so that they should be trainned.
I had given some sources and methods which can change the organizational environment because i saw this kind of need assessment done in one of the organization to improve the employee skills and make upgrade their technical skills.
