The Network Service Corporation (NSC) is a service vender that provides its customers one-stop shopping communication network services. It has 12 business functional departments located at 3 different cities: Colorado Springs, Chicago, and New York City.

To serve the business needs, the executive team of NSC has decided to build up an Enterprise Information Management System that allows all of the departments to be connected to the same business information repository and access to related computer-based tools.

To build up an information system successfully, requirements collection and analysis is the first critical step. In this assignment, I have to pick up one department, which is the Sales department, and pretend that I am the manager of that department, and I have to propose a set of requirements with regard to NSC's Enterprise Information System on behalf of the department.
