A corporation does have Ethical responsibilities that goes beyond its employees individual moral duties and those resposibilities may sometimes conflicts with the interest of share holders. To be a corporate citizen requires to protect the efficiency of the system that allows the company to prosper. True corporate social responsibilities prohibits the usage of political influence to lessen the effectiveness of competition and legal equality. So Amazon actually have a choice. It can act as better corporate citizens to create better environment for enterprises or it can ignore ethics. Amazon's primary criteria is to give benefits to the public. Competitive advantage is the strategic advantage that one company has it over its rival company within its competitive industry. Amazon dominates the online retail world that no other digital competitor have a chance to bring it down. Amazon not only has the ability to offer the lowest prices. 1. The pricing is disincentive: Amazon has achieved such a massive scale that it gets the best possible price from its vendors.Amazon can operate on thin margins and still make money on the transaction.

The company also has high level software that helps it to set inventory levels and even begin packing orders based on the known algorithms.
