Your boss asked you to design a micro programmed control unit of a Turbo computer that has the same hardware configuration of a new computer except that the main memory has sizes 4096×16.It has the same instruction format(direct/indirect field and the address field). The boss also asked you to incorporate all the 25 instruction of the basic computer which has 7 MRIs,12 RRIs & 6 I/O instruction into this Turbo computer keeping the instruction encoding same as the basic computer. She further suggested to keep the size of the control memory (128 × 20 ROM),micro instruction format and the list of the micro operations the same as the new computer (so that the same table can be used) . As a young computer architect you have decided to allocate 4 control words for each of the above 25 instructions for the Turbo computer.Derive the mapping function for the 7 MRIs,the 12 RRIs & the 6 I/O instructions; and also show the hardware that implements this mapping function.
