New culture is strongly recommend if it brings success to the organisation .Anyhow a company cannot stick on to the same culture and they have to refine themself according to the change required, the same goes for Outlook of personality.In this current competitive world adaptability is one of the major capable factor which determines the success in their life.The better fit refers to align themself with the change and flow seamlessly as per the required space. this includes collaborating with different team members, domain or functional members, different culture interception, languages etc. Thus personality will be more refined or reshaped based on the demand. Globalisation and Technological advancement enables every resource to adapt or to manage their work with people from global teams.Personality is all about how taking things in a constructive way and taking the positive vibration from all the challenges. A better cultural fit can be happen only if the people of the organization can accept it wholeheartedly.
