Explanation / Answer

Andy Molinsky in her inspiring interview projects about cultural differences and behaviour in organizations that has a global context. It is her famous saying that companies don't go globaglobal but people do which is a very apt statement of hers that suits the present scenario.Organizations spread geographically and people in different regions react according to their culture. The fundamental need there is good communication and employees cooperation to understand the communication and work efficiently.

Andy's advise is that people from different countries follow different strategies .Learning all the strategies is really difficult and out of context but understanding and adapting new practise behaviour is the success in actual situation. In other words it is of no use just talking about the difference and behaviour of various cultures but people there should start adapting to the culture which will pave way for success.

Ultimately it is people who are portraying performance such as negotiating contracts, conducting meetings and establishing relationships.Respecting the culture and value of others is also a fact to be imbibed by all the people under one roof.
