Job Dissatisfaction- It is one of the major problem for the organisation. It has a direct effect on the productivity of company. This problem is related to the manforce of company, who are not satisfied with their jobs. Dissatisfaction may occur due to various reasons and one of the main reason is failure in organisational committments.
When an individual got placed in an organisation and there are lots of expectations arises in the mind of that individual and most of the expectation arises due the the commitments made by an organsiation for their employees.Hence failure of such commitments may generate a negative thinking in the mind of employees and the result of that can be seen in the perdormace of the employees. And this is only manforce who operates a company and dissatisfaction of them have a negative impact on the productivity, effeciency, profitability etc.
