Research these individuals and their contributions to the business world.

Explanation / Answer

1.

Success is defined as when you are able to do things that one wants to do and in the process of achieving these things one contributes for the development of others as well. Success is also something when one is able to get rid of the deficiencies and makes the deficiencies into the strengths.

But eventually success achieved by many people is not restricted to individual efforts but rather success is defined by successful people as something wherein growth and development of all the human being is done.

I would like to take example of Dale Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller who are considered to be highly successful entrepreneurs of all time. They were not only able to amass great amount of wealth, but they were also able to contribute in huge amount to the society. They are considered to be some of the richest Americans of all time.

These people were highly successful because they had a definite purpose in life. They wanted to achieve things in which they believed. They were at the same time very confident of achieving things. They also achieved things without harming anyone and without infringing on the rights of anyone.

At the same time these people were very considerate for the betterment of the people. They contributed in huge amount towards the development of the society. They were highly philanthropic in nature and made huge contributions towards educating people and uplifting people.

Through the philanthropic work these people established many educational institutions which have become prime center of imparting quality and technical education all around the world. These people also established many companies that have provided employment to many people and have also contributed to the growth of the nation.

At the same time these people have inspired many other people in order to work towards the development of the society. They have also inspired a whole new generation of people in order to take up new entrepreneurial activities. These people have laid down principles and guidelines from which many people could get benefitted in the field of entrepreneurship.

These people were highly motivated in order to make their businesses a success. They were very much focused on making the organization a success. At the same time they wanted to give back to the society and for the uplifting people.

They were also very much concerned for the well-being of the fellow human being and employees. Thus, there concern for other people makes them stand out from the rest of the businesses.
