Question
Some of the life forms on this planet are particularly harmful to others. Mosquitoes and fleas are two examples. They spread many types of illnesses, and provide very little benefit in return. If we could completely eradicate such dangerous pests, do you believe that we have the moral right to do so?

Explanation / Answer
I don't think we have the moral rights do so. They deserve life as much as we deserve it. Just because we are evolved and have an advanced brain, does not mean that we have higher rights to life. They cannot protect their lives. So this is an unequal context. If we think we have rights to kill them just because they spread disease (which is part of their natural life), we are assuming that human has higher rights to live. I think we need to find technological means to get rid of the diseases or deals with the diseases without killing these pests. We need to find ways to coexist.
