One way to reduce the complexity of the change process is to reduce the number of change processes. Most organizations have an “engineering change process” which uses standardized forms. Other activities throughout the organization may have their own change process which may use one or more different forms and which may or may not be standardized.

Teach activity is the part of training and development program in my organization and it has following change processes.
A.   A change process in skill gap assessment
Teach activity in Training and development starts with the assessment of needs. It requires a suitable approach that focuses upon the skill gaps among the employees. it is very important as employees need to be updated in skills to meet the job related requirements. Hence, it is one of the most important part of the change process.
B.   Change planning and implementation of the delivery methods in training
The planning and implementing of the teach activity will bring the change. To get the effective change, the tools selected should be on the basis of the requirements of the training. It can be workshop based method or it can be case study based method that will be used to impart the teaching in more effective ways.
C.   Change monitoring during the evaluation process of the training
The monitoring and evaluation process is the very important as the effectiveness of the teach activity is judged in the organization and necessary changes (if any) are accommodated for the next teach activity.
Above change processes ensure that teach activity achieves its objectives and employees get the necessary inputs.

All the above three processes are very important, but it is the planning and implementation part of the change process that is most important. Effective implementation will help individuals learn and upgrade the skill sets that will help the organization.
