Since the firm has thousands of employees spread across many storefronts located in 42 states, it had to develop a way to communicate appropriately about benefits in a way that would be appreciated by its work- force, which tends to be young and female. Maintaining human resources now a days become difficult as human can think about self benefit. And todays law system can not compile any human being for any task for which he is not ready. Thus employee Cheng his work station moment he observe comitative benefit that he do receive behalf his work is less than that of he may gets from another organization. Hence it become duty of HR manager to alter HR policy to attract resourceful person and retain them in organization for long duration . Hr manager has to design different tools to attract best of employee force which indicate & include safety and security measure as provision for there welfare.
Use of social media to communicate employee regarding there importance to industry by exposing facility made available for them to maintain there regular day to day requirement.
Being Hr manager- company policy regarding the employee must be very transparent and realistic one , if this care is taken at earlier stage then no question of dispute arose. As well human is active elements & contain with emotional attachment with his work his opinion and feed back must be collected after frequent interval. If employee demand found socially acceptable then such alteration can be amended in HR policy. And If any of employee wants explanation his query can be rejected with proper supporting or simply acknowledging beyond scope of management. And also ask employee to be very specific or re submit his query with supporting or by using other words for which HR can provide better solution. Thus treating employee as asset for company and not liability.
