Explanation / Answer

it is a hypothetical and difficult question to answer. if i were the manager i will go with option C.

the reason is that, i noticed that our supplier cheated us, even though it is a minor problem, it has to be settled here itself. if i send the same to my client and if they noticed it, i and my company will be in trouble which is more complicated than the existed one. i inform the same to my client and seek their word on this. if they send the material, i proceed it. if they wish to stop total material, i will stop it and proceed according to the contract norms.

i do not leave my supplier in this regards, i inform the same to my management and seek their advisor. i suggest them to call the supplier and ask explanation for this. if it repeats the actions will be much complicated.

my intention is, the problem must be solved at ground level, and at the earliest stage only. if it cross our hands and becomes more complicated, every one is in trouble, which no one wish to do this. so, i inform the same to my client, i think they will convince with the explanation, and ask wont repeat it again.
