Need to answer the following students comments Today's computer technology requires, carefully planned and executed programming along with regular maintenance. With the seemingly infinite amount of applications and software available today, that requires certain platforms and protocols, programming must be done with future technology in mind. The selection process in programming is extremely important, this allows the computers to make decisions and output the desired results.In the vast amount of technologically advanced vehicles today, there can be over sixteen computer systems. These computers communicate to each other via a protocol network, more recently known as CAN(Controller Area Network). It is crucial that when one of the computers sees a desired input, it can make a decision and put out the correct or expected output. An example would be considered airbag deployment. Need to answer the following students question Do you think that efficient programs are easier to read?

Explanation / Answer

Efficient programs are easier to read in the sense that there are no/very little repetitive code. However, to a less advanced programmer, the code may be hard to understand unless a trace is done. So in the end, it depends on the reader's programming proficiency.
