In order to implement new system we need to investigate and decide over following factors carefully-

1: Data Damage/Loss:

Data is very important asset for the organisation, it can be in the format of user credential or product data or something relevent to the company. So we need to make sure that the implementation of new system shouldn't cause damage or loss of old data and it should be very convenient to store/process/retreive the data from the system.

2.Sufficient Resoures:

We should make sure that the existing list of resources such as computational resoures,storage devices and human resouces are well capable of satisfying the need of business efficiently.That means no shortage no wastage. We should have we dedicated web servers (who can fastly serve user requests), database for storing data.

3. Software And Operating System Upgradation:

Upgradation means application software , system software, network software and operation system should be of latest version. This may even require upgrades/ replacement of computer and network hardware. So testing of the new system is essential in this type of environment.By keeping the latest software the efficiency of system goes up and it leads to profit too.

4. Planned Approach:

A planned approach is essential. It does not have to be complex, but it does need to be organised. If there has not been preplanning things will come as chaotic so designing of new system must be done in an organised way as shown in following steps-

1> Proper requirement gathering(functional and nonfunctional)

2> Desinging and coding(making modules and integrating them)

3> Testing(black box/whitebox/system testings)

4> Maintenance work.

5. Skilled Workgroup:

We should make sure that the employee that are working for the CanGo system must well trained and must be knowing their responsibility very well and must be master in thier work. The training is provided and initial support in the first few days should be available.

6. Documentation:

Whatever activity is done in CanGo system that must be documented in order to recover from any possibility of error/mistake or disaster in the future. If things are documented then recovery from loss is essier.
