The articles show that there is decrease in the number of students over past 15 years across the US. It is due to the recession happened. Each region has the different enrolment rate. Due to this reason the seats of the colleges and universities has left vacant. Now the university and colleges winning plan for this process is fully depend upon the Marketing department of its. So, the liability of the marketing department is to reach the students in person or digitally in order to enhance the enrolment numbers.

The enrolment varies with the number of students in that particular region. The Quality of the service or facility (Teaching) provided by the university and the colleges may be decreased. It may another reason of this decrease. The service delivery may not be compromised with the price of the service.

The design process of the service delivery should be very clear and concise in order to understand by the customer. The service quality would be increase with the increase in the product quality and its delivery on time and in most cost-effective manner. It motivates the customer to take the service and let them to market with another person. The demand of the service would be enhanced by doing so. It is related to the objective learned last week in the course context. Marketing is not only the most active method of enhancing the business process but the delivery on time and Quality also includes it.
