1. Machine Cycle Time: Represents the actual time it takes for one machine to complete all of its operation on a product.

Types

Process Time - It is the time spends on a workstation.
Waiting Time - It can be found both before and after workstation.It may happens due to shortage or unschedule of next event.
Lead Time - It is the time between initiation and completion of the process.
