Poverty is a stage where there is lack of necessities. It can also be a state of mind where everything is happening in a wrong way and nothing can be materialised . The situation of poverty from economical point of view is the scarcity of supply and lack of meeting basic requirements of incapability of meeting minimum expectation of living .depends on country and with their normal life standards state of poverty may vary . Developed counties like US has companritively lesser poverty ration because of their capability to serve every citizen with minium requirement.But after 2008-09 recession situation got changed and even in US people struggle meet with their basic requirements inshort of living expense. Poverty can be measured or scaled in terms of national GDP . Where human capital index can be considered as a standard number .Those who falls far below the standard score can be considered as poor category.

Economic values and povety lies in a situation like they falls on negative tail outliers where everything is in scarcity condition.basic ammenities like food shelter and basic security standards are missing for such categories. Economical imbalance actually create more situations of poverty. Financial non inclusion, fovt fjnds getting deviated increasing corruption etc can be considered as prime reason for state of poverty.
