innovation does not mean new practices by using technology, any idea which gives more revenues to the firm succesfully is also comes under innovative strategy.

we are in FMCG sector till now we are doing well in the market. but recently PATANJALI, an Indian origin FMCG firm enters into the market and in short period only they got more than $30 Million share from the market. they are following strategies like low cost, high quality, more natural, no side effects and swadesh products (which means products made by local player, not any foreign players). this firm become more succesful to inject the above said aspects in the minds of customers. one of the reason behind to offer products at less cost is, they do not prepare any advertisements with ambassadors or celebrities from different fields.

when it comes to our organization, we are good in innovation, introducing new products into the market, market the product with help of different strategies and good brand name also there in market. but to face the above aspects from Patanjali, we need to revise all our strategies to sustian in the market.

all the departments which working for the organization, all these departments are responsible for their business practices. it does not mean that innovativeness is a kind of activity only kind of people performs. the perception has been changed to every one thrives for innovations in their respective areas. all the people like management, employees at all levels and all departments are responsible in their respective areas. of course they do not have any right to change existing systems, but they should convince their superior about the new practices once and twice.

no organization restrict itself to grow, modify or change according to the market conditions. similarly our organization too, they may not ready to implement every change enters to the market. but we need to follow major changes happened in the market based on customer needs and priorities. the structure simple and participative in nature, where people comeout with their decisions. those decisions can be discussed at the top level and take decisons which are apt to the conditions.

all kinds of innovative practices must come in this way in organization. in this regard, we need to redesign our strategies, in innovative way.
