The company has recently acquired Mindmeld, a company which process advance human like accuracy to voice and chat support. The company also invest more on analytics services which is capable of making their business intelligence support platform more advanced accurate. More into their predictive analytics they vave done lot of research and development. A sweeping economic change is expected by Cisco theiru AI (Artificial Intelligence ) platform.

The company has stiff comptition from companys like Microsoft and VMware.
