Thus Cisco is also fosuing on their Artificial Intelligence platform for the prodict and services which can elimnate lot of process awaste and reduce turn around time. The company has recently acquired Mindmeld, a company which process advance human like accuracy to voice and chat support. The company also invest more on analytics services which is capable of making their business intelligence support platform more advanced accurate. More into their predictive analytics they vave done lot of research and development. A sweeping economic change is expected by Cisco theiru AI (Artificial Intelligence ) platform.
The company has stiff comptition from companys like Microsoft and VMware. Microsoft have almost all substitute or competitor product with Cisco like ( Webex and Skype, Jabber & Lynch) etc. The mode of operation from Microsfot along with their operating systems in the laptop and desktop creating huge threat to Cisco.
Cisco has a very acceptable and welcoming organisation culture. They treat their employees really well through best salaries, perks , medical and insuarance benfits etc. They also offer flexible work shift for most of their employees and good career path and goals assigned to them with a futre leadership attitude.
