1.Employers must always need to help if the employee feel that the work was hard or in any situation which they cannot do.I had find some ways of helping employees to manage the work balance

2.Yes,i had worked twice for my manager that he helped me to finish my project in time.My project given time was complete in one day but i didnot prepare the report of my project then my manager recognised that and came to me and he asked that can i help i said no.But he took the initiative an completed my report and makes my work burden down.He doen't have any superiority like why should i help that person.When my manager got an crucial time to give the presentation but he much work then i prepared the presentation and handed over him then he felt very happy for it because than seminar was succeded due my presentation.

3.Younger workers always to the smart work without any kind of stress using the present technology.They think that technology was one of the medium which gives the better results.Present softwares are moderate any give results in very few minutes by using those results younger workers complete their work with in short time.They doesn't have any responsibilities but only to fufill their dreams so that they take any kind of risk and complete the work.

Older workers follow the traditional methods to do the work they prefer the paper work.As the technology was growing rapidly they doesnot how to use them and they cannot learn because day to day new softwares are being updates as they learn every software they feel stress.As they are experienced people and know how to solve the problems in organizations.

4.As this was the corporate worls any many multinational companies are came to existance we can see the better systems now when compared to the past.There should be the intended time for the employees to work it doesnot cause any stress in the work.If there was need to work more time employees should be paid.Diversity must be followed because discriminations create more critical situatons to the emplyees.Employees and managers shouls be in understanding manner without showing the superiority.
