Risk is a general term that implies a lot of things. Some of us tries to avoid taking risks at all cause. Others think that to risk is to succeed. Risk + Threat + (Vulnerability + Likelihood) + Impact, how would you apply this formula if you were working in a Hospital environment. Please use at least two references to substantiate the logic behind this definition.

Risk can be said as a situation or a posibility involving gain or loss of something valuable.Taking a risk does not always mean that the person taking the risk will always loose,there is an equal possibility of winning something if a person is taking a risk.

A person taking a risk always has a threat in mind that he is going to loose,but this should not stop someone from taking the risk as a risk will always have some impact,this impact can be positive or negative.
